Célia joined the American Chamber of Commerce in France (AmCham) in 2021, where she leads advocacy efforts, drives strategic engagement between members and public institutions, and oversees the production of high-level policy content. Prior to AmCham, she spent seven years as Legal Adviser at the OECD Nuclear Energy Agency, focusing on international agreements and strategic risk management. She previously held international legal counsel roles at VINCI and Veolia, advising on complex infrastructure projects worldwide. Célia holds an LLB from University College London and a master’s degree in international law from Université Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne.
