Natacha joined The Walt Disney Company in 1995 and held various leadership roles in treasury, corporate finance, and global cash management. From 2013 to 2017, she was Vice President and CFO for Greater China. In October 2017, she became CFO and Senior Vice President of Business Strategy & Finance at Disneyland Paris, with expanded responsibilities over finance, real estate, transformation, and strategic partnerships. She has held the position of President since 2018. Franco-American, Rafalski holds an MBA in Finance from UCLA Anderson and a BA in Mathematics & Economics (Phi Beta Kappa) from the University of California.
