Béatrice joined P&G in 1990 and has held several senior roles in sales, customer management and trade marketing across categories including Fabric, Home, Baby, Feminine, and Beauty Care. She previously served as Sales Vice President for the P&G/Carrefour business worldwide and later as Global Trade Marketing Vice President for P&G Prestige. In 2020, she was appointed CEO for France and Benelux, one of the focus markets for P&G, overseeing operations, manufacturing sites, and brands . Béatrice is member of P&G European Executive Board and P&G Diversity & Inclusion European board. She is a graduate of Paris School of Business and INSEAD.
