Our keynote speaker is Lara Pawlicz, an inspiring tech leader and CEO of 2Spark and member of the French Conseil du Numérique. The Conseil issues independent opinions and recommendations on any question relating to the impact of digital technologies on the economy and society. The French Government can consult the Council on new legislation and draft regulations.
