Join our Board member Marc-André Kamel (Bain & Company) and our President Stéphanie Barreau (3M) as we present to you the results of the 19th edition of our AmCham-Bain Barometer survey. The Barometer looks at the morale of American investors in France, and last year’s edition gathered much success with the media and our members.
Why do we publish it?
The satisfaction survey of American investors in France was launched by AmCham in 1995. The AmCham-Bain Barometer has become an annual event since 1999 with the support of Bain & Company. Keeping track of our members’ perceptions of France’s outlook and attractiveness helps us maintain a strong and informed voice in the public debate and sustain the dialogue between the private sector and policymakers.
Today, in its 19th edition, the AmCham-Bain Barometer has 3 objectives:
- Measure from year to year the morale of American investors in France and their perception of the economic environment
- Collect the opinions of American investors on current economic topics in France
- Understand American employees’ inducers and nuisances of living in France
