How do you navigate a transformational event in your company?

NextDoor
207 rue de Bercy
75012 Paris

6:30 pm - 9:00 pm

This event will be held in English.

Are you a startup looking to acquire another startup? Or maybe you’re hoping for VC money? You’re a founder and your startup has reached the end of its journey? Join us for our interactive workshop on mergers and acquisitions, in particular transactions involving startups. Don’t miss the chance to discuss with experts in the field, including our special guest Kathryn Elliott Love (Partner, Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner LLP), who has counseled start-up companies for two decades.

This event is organized by NextGen in partnership with NextDoor, a modern co-working space in the heart of Paris.

Paul Prins, one of the co-chairs of our NextGen program, will moderate the workshop.

We know you enjoy an interactive event, so participants will be able to ask questions throughout the event using Klaxoon. The access information will be shared before the event and will be visible on the slides during the event.
