Bijan Eghbal is a partner at DLA Piper where he has built and lead the employment practice in France from 2004 through 2015, and served as co-managing partner of the Paris office between 2012 and 2015. He also represents the firm as a member of the Board of the AmCham in France and acted as Secretary General for the past two years aside President Stéphanie Barreau.
Bijan, with over thirty years of experience, regularly advises in diverse industries (service, manufacturing, hospitality and leisure, IT, transportation) in particular with respect to business reorganisations, outsourcing projects, redundancies and social plans, collective negotiations with union representatives, strategic orientations in regard of collective relationships, and highly sensitive mattersat C suite level.
He was trained in France and in the US (MCL of George Washington University) and, beyond DLA Piper, has accomplished all of his carrier in France within US based international firms.
