Working session with Tobias Glucksman, Minister Counselor for Economic Affairs, and Charles Ranado, Minister Counselor for Commercial Affairs at the US Embassy Paris.

👉 In a context shaped by the ongoing tensions in the Middle-East, this exchange provided an opportunity to discuss over key transatlantic matters, including:

🔸The consequences of the Supreme Court’s decision on U.S. tariffs

🔸The organization of the upcoming G7 summit in Evian, including coordination work between French & U.S authorities and key items on the agenda

🔸 The follow-up on the Turnberry agreements, including next steps and the expected adoption by the European Parliament on March 26.

This meeting was also an opportunity to recall AmCham’s core role: promoting the attractiveness of both France and U.S. markets and contributing to strong & constructive transatlantic economic cooperation.
