Multigenerational diversity: the key to a successful company?

AmCham France
77 rue de Miromesnil, 75008 Paris - Francce

8:00 am - 10:00 am

This event will be held in English and French.

For the first time in history, five different generations will be working together at the same time. This may cause some tensions, but, if we rethink the way generations are integrated in companies, multigenerational diversity is the key to a successful business.

Under the leadership of Citi and Bain & Company, AmCham will publish its latest report during a morning event with keynote remarks from Rohini Anand, Senior Vice President Corporate Responsibility and Global Chief Diversity Officer at Sodexo and Jacques Galvani, President of the Club XXIe Siècle.

This event is open and free for all members.
